Small glass cups are placed over sore or tight muscles. A vacuum is created under the cups using suction to increase the flow of Qi and blood within the muscles.

The skin is gently tapped with tiny sterile needles to increase the flow of Qi and blood.
ELECTROACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture points are stimulated using a safe, gentle, electrical current.
GWA SHA
The skin is rubbed with a gwa sha tool to increase the flow of Qi and blood in tight muscles.
MAGNETS
Magnets are placed on the skin to gently stimulate acupuncture points without using needles.
MOXIBUSTION
The herb mugwort is burned on or above the skin to warm acupuncture points thereby increasing the healing process.
